Psychotherapy and Counselling in Radlett
Psychotherapy and Counselling in Radlett: Ann Lowton Registered MBACP (Accred), HPD, Dip.C.Hyp., NLP Practitioner, MNCH, RMN
I work with young people and adults. Often people feel confused, unhappy or just overwhelmed by emotions, without often understanding or knowing the reason why. Our current or past experiences may unconsciously be impacting on our current relationships and everyday life causing us to experience stress, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, fears, phobias or other distressing mental health issues.
I understand that it is often not easy to seek help, but know that although we may have family and friends it is often difficult to talk honestly and openly to those closest to us for a variety of reasons.

Psychotherapy and Counselling in Radlett: Rukhsana Khan BACP (Reg).
Experiencing suffering is part of life and everyone experiences distress at some point. We naturally find many ways to cope with life’s problems but we do best not in isolation but with support.
We may be prone to developing behaviours, perceptions and relationships that could make us feel stuck, depressed, isolated, angry or anxious to name a few. Through therapy we can identify patterns that are not so useful and look at changing them, so that we can move forward and grow from our experiences.
We can overcome the barriers that are holding us back and fulfil our potential to be the best that we can be.

It may be that you find yourself censoring your feelings and communication with others for fear of burdening them or being judged. Otherwise, you may wish to find a therapist to help you to explore hard to talk about subjects, thoughts or histories. You may wish to empower yourself or focus on changing habitual behavioural patterns.
