Psychotherapy and Counselling in Radlett: Rukhsana Khan BACP (Reg).
Experiencing suffering is part of life and everyone experiences distress at some point. We naturally find many ways to cope with life’s problems but we do best not in isolation but with support. We may be prone to developing behaviours, perceptions and relationships that could make us feel stuck, depressed, isolated, angry or anxious to name a few.
Through therapy we can identify patterns that are not so useful and look at changing them, so that we can move forward and grow from our experiences. We can overcome the barriers that are holding us back and fulfil our potential to be the best that we can be.
I am an Integrative trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience of working with children, young people and adults, with a wide range of issues and backgrounds. I offer short term and long term therapy depending on your needs, focusing on specific problems or difficulties to major life changes needing more exploration.
I work collaboratively with my clients and believe that the relationship between the client and counsellor is key to make change possible, recognising your individuality and uniqueness as being the central principal of my work.
